Self Evolution: We All Serve A Purpose

“‘Martha, Martha,’ the Lord answered, ‘you are worried and upset about many things, but few things are needed—or indeed only one. Mary has chosen what is better (for her), and it will not be taken away from her.’”
Luke 10:41-42

What a beautiful passage and great reminder that we all have unique purposes, and there is no need for competition. Everyone together managing the different parts of a clock can keep time right more than just twice a day.

Who wants to hear , “Be strong and be you (but in the capacity of my own comfort).”

Are you as useful in a pair of jeans serving food to hungry people as a CEO in a suit who employs 100 of the people you fed? Of course! Both of you are a source of strength in different capacities! And then there’s the person who just takes names. They don’t just take names, they make sure people are who they say they are before they can sign the paper to get into a place.

Everyone has a purpose.

One day Mary and Martha had a conflict between themselves about which one of them served Yeshua best when he visited them. Yeshua was like….

“‘Martha, Martha,’ the Lord answered, ‘you are worried and upset about many things, but few things are needed—or indeed only one. Mary has chosen what is better (for her), and it will not be taken away from her.’”
Luke 10:41-42

The tension in this competitive type world- the misunderstanding of another’s calling to do and be happens in personal and professional relationships anytime people become uneasy when others make change.

Martha opened her home to Yeshua, and Mary sat at his feet and opened her heart. Period. The vulnerability….the courage ….to do what the heart desires….to activate personal growth and purpose.

Living a life of spirituality isn’t about being better than others. Spiritually is about rising above ones own shortcomings to enhance personal purpose that at some point serves to the betterment of the whole….whether just one person, place or thing or a whole population.

Be great.🤞🏽

Self-Awareness: Pretending to Be Okay Is Not Okay

🗣️Anybody ever just talk at your head?

Many people are leaders but we don’t have to be leaders to be good listeners. Good listeners are energy attractive people. People who naturally make eye contact, smile, and are usually approachable…not always..usually. We all have our days of engaged solitude (enter caps, sunglasses and earplugs😎).

Ironically attractive people can simply do nothing and an associate/friend/stranger can just let it all out on them. If you’re an attractive person, you know what it is and what it feels like. From babies to the stranger on the bus, in the store aisle and so on; even animals just chill when they see you. There’s just something extra bright about an attractive person’s energy.

A question that energy attractive people ask is, “Why me?” And of course, everyone seems to know the universal answer, “Why not you?”

Think of that answer in any capacity in your life…in all your roles. Somebody wants your attention. And you have to set yourself up to listen to them as a listener, leader, provider.👂

To void just listening to people’s problems, and taking in excess energy (which can become a struggle for HSP and empathic persons) when someone comes to you, set the stage.

I advise my team often to set the tone of the conversation before they pick up the phone or conduct meetings, so not to overwhelm self in others energies.

But overall, I’ve done it and it has been done to me. We’re all pretty much riding on each other’s energies🫧

Ask them if they just want you to listen or do they want feedback. That way you know how much of yourself to give to the energy. Sometimes a conversation starts out simple, but can leave you feeling drained afterward-not always-sometimes.

We literally just all experienced a world event in which if we weren’t affected directly, we empathized with those who were. So we experienced sickness and lost with millions of other people! Whether we watched television or were in the room. And now we’re going into the next event, and there’ll be more mass events.

If we revive outlets, such as EAP and mental health day/week with very open eyes and open minds to listeners and providers, we can divert a mass “walk out”. The current “walkout” is identified as quiet-quitting, and is picking up speed. There are no symptoms, this is reaction-based behaviors – from people of all ages, races, and positions. We can’t call it annoying or redirect reactions for so long under the notion that because we take on titles, that the titles will shield us iron clad from very real energy glitches as a result of real world mass events. They can’t separate it right now the underserved world is still mourning. ☕

Being informed results from listening in nonjudgmental zones. Then providing as much regular empowerment support, whether professionally or personally, is one way to restart to build better and strong plateaus that people trust and want to be a part of. Be encouraged.👍#team #mentalhealthawareness

Self-Abundance: Get In Your Bag But Stay In Your Grace

Seems everyone is trying to “get the bag”, and that’s understandable. We all have bills and costly desires. However to be spiritually bankrupt is far worse than to be money bankrupt.

We want to get in our bag and stay in our bag. But when it comes to getting spiritual we grimace and look over to see if anyone is looking before we talk and walk about our spiritual health. We’re worried about who’s judging us for talking about Jesus or our own spiritual processes.

(Most) Humans will human, especially on the internet where everyone’s got a view and a tone….they will look for holes in your life before they make their life whole. They will use various scriptures to deny God, and use your shortcomings to deny you, or get you to deny yourself and God. They create criteria of what spirituality should look or feel like.

But will you stand strong and push forward, knowing that when you lay down to rest, your heart is agreeable with your spiritual bank account? Are you awake when you should be asleep? Thinking thinking thinking of ways to get the bag, to get over regrets, to get troubles off your mind?

It costs nothing but heart with a sprinkle of service on top of a pound of compassion to be spiritually abundant, yet people give their every ounce of physical and mental to get the bag.

In standing by the bed of people who are transitioning, I’ve never heard anyone say ,
“I wish I got more money.” However I’ve heard some tell the air or family members that they wish they had more time to get to know God.

And I’m not out here selling religion or you’d pay to read this post. But just think about that…think about….

“Am I chasing grace as much as I’m chasing green without the force of regret and threat of looming death?

Get in your bag and stay in your grace.

Self-Transformation: You Can’t Break My Soul

I wanted to title this “Self Transformation: Stop Acting So Human” but than Lucy would have some explaining to do. Lol! Oh nevermind …you have to know the joke. It’s deep how the more we are our true selves….we “push” away the people places and things we’ve become so comfortable with. Or do they isolate us out of their own comfort with us just being good where we are?

Yeshua had purposes and had to leave his mother and family and friends behind in order to go about his purpose. It pained me that when he went back to see his peoples several treated him like crap. Then he had to turn around eventually and be like whatever. Like bro..really?? It’s not personal..it’s God!

But I say that to say….let people do their God work. You may have been comfortable with them in your environment and living by your “rules” but when people gotta grow they gotta go. They say when we talk to God it’s cool, but when God talks to us we’re crazy. God is calling his children. You think this world is gonna save itself? Seeing a tiny bright spot in a day doesn’t negate the fact that almost 90 percent is darkness. That means 90% percent of us need to put more effort into uplifting humanity. Go figure.

Brother Yeshua must’ve been looked upon as crazy and had to deal with so much mockery and foolishness and having to protect his peace trying to grow through so many types of environments (remember he was also a traveler). He had to talk himself up out of people’s problems, his own problems, and everybody elses…lord that’s a lot! Insert the 12 disciplines representatives. Brother needed help and some trust worthy people’s around him.

People didn’t even realize that they felt a type of way…not because Yeshua was leaving them physically, but every time he came around they got in their feelings and every time before he left some people got in their hearts and decided to go too. That’ll happen being around hearty people. They don’t really settle, they do what they have to do go through through what they go through and keep the knowledge pushing.

For the settled beings, Yeshua never said people HAVE to go to grow, he just said (paraphrasing) change your thinking so you can be transformed into a newer and better being. But if you feel your wings are stifled then fly if you must. People will get over the shock and eventually accept you are who you are…in it but not of it.

Shoot they might even like the better you! God does! How many know Christ Jesus but couldn’t stand Yeshua the Carpenter or never heard of him? They’re one in the same transformed.

Not all dis-ease can be treated with the same cure. Forward thinking is a very necessary tool how to address what seems to be more enhanced dis-eases of the spiritual mental and physical environment. And if you can’t admit that to your self and cover your eyes and ears and mouth to void “evil”…where do you truly grow and help others? Without God in it just seems to be stagnant and falling apart. Take care of your heart…and YOUR mind body and soul. Keep your frequency clear as possible. Forget perfect and just do the work the best you can. Don’t let em break your soul.

Self-Realization: The Reel World vs The Real World

During the pandemic I watched mainstream television and used social media, something that I didn’t do pre-pandemic. ALOT of what was reflected on the internet and television explained the current state of three dimensions of the masses, and is certainly different than when I watched television as a youth.

The current social climate is expressing spiritual stagnation and condemnation of others more than self empowerment to rise above. A mass persecution. One can give good advice, have good intent, be of good cheer and others will find a way to “pull” them into the mix and transform their character, and sometimes just their personality over all.

Social Stress, cancel culture, post c-vid stress disorder are just a few subjects of post traumatic stress disorder. We can’t just bunch all problems under one umbrella and call it ptsd.

It’s being carried over into the work place, causing what seemingly appears to be vicarious trauma, burn out, or compassion fatigue. That’s not it. There’s the blending of virtual and real life. The reel world and the real world.

I had began to feel uninspired and put off in even watching my peers “go with the flow”. When I reached out to others, it seem they were afraid to speak up, in not wanting to seem as “complainers”. Even I got caught up in the “just be grateful” talk.

I have a choice, So I turned the television off and closed all personal social media outlets. I could not say or post a thing without being judged or an unwarranted assumption that could’ve easily been cleared up with a conversation! It was not pleasant!

I am blessed to have maintained my heart through all adversities. Empathy and Sympathy are cool cousins that everybody claims to know and like but feel awkward when they’re around, but Compassion is the black sheep of the family.

Compassion is the one who is either put out or goes out, through whatever circumstance, and gets caught up in situations that takes them through so much adversity to the heart of the matter, and turns and around provides a way for others to pick themselves up and still make it through the door.

All while going through their own adversities.

The fun side is having a whole heap of stories to share…all kinds.

My brother Yeshua, with his compassionate self, did pick up from his throne to travel across verses, put himself through so much drama, with a good INTENT to help his peoples ascend beyond their current circumstances. And oh lord did he have a hard time! But he never faltered nor wavered, even when he was misunderstood. He operated from the sacred heart.

Ironically after all that drama the people gave him it wasn’t until just before his ascension that he realized how unjust humans can be…not toward him…but toward each other….
and that everybody has to do the work for themselves.

I plan to spread my wings a little more and continue to help others rise above, and reserve my judgement as God’s job. God is not going to ask me what did anyone else do with their life…but most assuredly I will be judged by my own heart. Thank God!
