When a young child sees its shadow, he/she becomes defensive and attempts to “get rid of it”. Children throw air punches, stomp at it, and even shout at their shadows.
Children are light-workers within their own rights. They encompass truth, love, joy, compassion, empathy, and such. In my dreams, I often see circles of
dancing and singing
children at the top of something as the sun rises in the east. On one occasion, I was encircled by many of them as they singed and danced—the light was so warm. I danced with them. We were all in a peaceful place.
Children who become alarmed at seeing their shadows become into a momentary state of encountering physical darkness (not night time). They’re alarmed because the environment is light and suddenly this dark thing is attached to them—doing everything they do—without a face or anything else of matter—other than darkness.
I’ve observed this “struggle” in my own children at one time or another; and as well as other children. Avoid calling the child names or snapping at them. Give them about two minutes to interact with their selves. Just observe quietly(unless they begin to attack their physical self, which I’ve seen children ripping at clothing and more). Then intervene by bringing them back into a peaceful state. Explain to them that their shadow doesn’t go anywhere, even when they can’t see it. It’s a part of their being.
There’s a lesson to be learned about embracing ones own lightness as well as darkness to keep Self-
peace, within and without. ALL IS and IS NOT. ALL is light and dark, up and down, here and there, and everywhere and nowhere. One must embrace that which they ARE NOT as much as that which they ARE. Fighting against yourSelf will only leave you to always have something to be distracted by other than the betterment of yourSelf—your peace.
Acknowledge your dark side as well as your light side. Your ego is still there, its just that NOW your life is guided by your higher beings; your positive Self. This higher being raises your frequencies. Ego loves a fight, to be noticed—to be in control to serve itself through your ignorance; and it is ego that keeps your frequencies low.
To obtain and keep peace within yourSelf, acknowledge your light and dark selves. Bless your whole Self and also bless those beings that do not serve to evolve your higher Self—and let them go, and avoid seeking those things out again. Live your truth. Bless
Gem:
When one is thinking about/doing something, there’s a certain vibration or energy that works specifically with thought processing—I like to think of it as
God‘s will coming in before my actions. If the though does not match the vibrations of ones
higher self, a “battle” with their ego happens. A lot of Self convincing to down right ignorance goes on during a “ego battle”.
Now, if you decide to go with your higher self (higher vibrations)…you continue on to prosper in peace and joy and love; time is not a factor. Simple as that!
If you decide to go with your ego….well now. Let’s see:
You get an instant false feel-good gratification—until the thing you chose is taken away or used up. Then you have emotional imbalances/dis-eases (regret, shame, guilt, depression, anger, etc. Then you smack your forehead, “I KNEW better! I shouldn’t have done that! Damn, I should’ve listened to mySelf!!” Now you either wallow in more dis-ease with your yourself, blame yourSelf for not being strong and dwell in self-pity, OR, you’ll get up, admit to yourself you were wrong, ask for forgiveness unto yourself and God. Go start again on the higher chord or choose something else to better yourself.
Either way, it’s still your choice, but why all the unnecessary pain if you know better?
Bless
